LOGO OBJECTIVE: Geometric shapes are a common language between all designers and are evident in the letters H, O, and W —therefore it felt important to utilize them. Additionally, I wanted to provoke a sense of connectivity and dependability, which was reflected that through the tilted squares. Tilted squares are considered unstable shapes when solo, but if paired with a second square they create a sense of support. Final logo posted below.
DESIGN OBJECTIVE: De-clutter the magazine and create an ease of taking in the information. Encouraging a sense of connection and develop a relationship between the reader and the magazine.
